How Engaja Comunicação handles the personal data collected on this website.
This policy explains which data we collect, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
Who handles your data
Engaja Comunicação, headquartered at Av. Santos Dumont, 3131, Sala 723, Torre Del Paseo, Aldeota, Fortaleza (CE), Brazil, is the controller of the data collected on this website. For any privacy matter, write to comercial@engajacomunicacao.com.br.
What we collect and why
Contact form. Name, email, company, WhatsApp, how you heard about us, your message, the service of interest, the page you came from and campaign parameters (UTM) in the address. We use this data to reply to your request and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the pre-contractual step you requested and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Job applications (Careers page). Name, email, phone, city, LinkedIn or portfolio, area of interest, your message and your résumé in PDF. We use this data only in Engaja’s recruitment processes. The legal basis is your consent, given when you check the authorization before sending, which you can withdraw at any time.
Analytics cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how the website is used and to measure our campaigns. They are only activated after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer; if you decline, the analytics cookies are deleted.
Technical data. To keep the website secure and available, the hosting service records IP addresses and technical request data, used to limit automated submissions and investigate abuse. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the website’s security.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. To run the website, we use providers that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, the submissions database and résumé storage.
- Resend: delivery of the emails that bring your contact or application to our team.
- Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel): analytics, only with your consent.
- A customer relationship management (CRM) tool, once adopted, to follow up on business contacts.
Some of these providers store data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows the grounds set by the LGPD, such as data protection contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above: contact data, while there is an ongoing conversation or business relationship; application data, while there is a recruitment process compatible with your profile; analytics data, for the periods configured in those tools. After that, data is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent. Just write to comercial@engajacomunicacao.com.br. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
The website only works over a secure connection (HTTPS), the forms are protected against automated submissions and access to the data is restricted to the responsible team.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
