Marco Aurélio Cabral

Managing partner

Started at TV Verdes Mares, the Globo affiliate in Ceará, as a reporter and political commentator. From 2011 to 2014 he was spokesperson and press secretary to the governor of Ceará.

Daniel Rios

Managing partner

Journalist with an MBA in Business Management from FGV, with more than 20 years in communications at media outlets and agencies. Co-founder of Engaja.

Adriano Muniz

Managing partner

More than 30 years of experience. He was head of content and reporting at TV Verdes Mares, editor at O Povo newspaper and president of TV Ceará.

  • Seminário de Gestores Públicos

    National event devoted to municipal public management, held in Fortaleza. Its 14th edition, in 2026, brought together more than 6,000 participants from 24 states.

  • Feira da Indústria FIEC

    Gathering of the Ceará industry at the Ceará Events Center, combining talks on the economy, innovation and the future with cultural performances.

  • Siará Tech Summit

    Innovation and technology event promoted by Sebrae Ceará in Fortaleza. In 2026 it brought together companies, startups, investors, universities and the public sector across six arenas, with talks, business rounds, a startup fair and hackathons.
